Important Notes

1. Changes followed by cancellation
If you change the date, time, or cast member and then cancel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

2. Minimum cancellation fee
A minimum cancellation fee of ￥10,000 (￥11,000 incl. tax) applies once a booking has been confirmed.

3. Bookings made more than 3 weeks in advance
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply.

4. Direct arrangements with a cast member
If you arrange a date via LINE or email without completing the reservation through the website, a ￥10,000 cancellation fee will apply.

5. No response or unreachable after confirmation
If you stop responding or cannot be contacted after the date has been confirmed, a ￥10,000 cancellation fee will apply.

Note: If multiple rules apply, the highest cancellation fee will be charged.

If this is your first time meeting the cast member, please confirm both your name and hers before the date begins.
This helps avoid any confusion with other services or people from other companies.

Estimated Travel Expenses for the Cast Member

The starting point is the station closest to her home. If she lives in Tokyo and the meeting location is also in Tokyo, the travel expense will generally be 3,000 yen. Please see the details below as well as each cast member’s profile page.

How Travel Time Is Calculated

For locations outside the standard service area, travel time is calculated from the station closest to the cast member’s home to the meeting point using Yahoo! Transit. Transportation costs are estimated based on that route, and train fares are rounded up to the nearest 500 yen.

■Payment Information

Once the date has been confirmed, your reservation has been completed through the website, and the cast member has approved it, our office will send you an invoice email showing the total amount and available payment methods. You may choose to pay the full amount in advance, pay half in advance and the remaining half on the day of the date, or pay via PayPal.
(If you choose to pay the remaining half on the day, please hand it to her shortly after the date begins.)
To help maintain a natural and comfortable atmosphere during the date, we strongly recommend completing the full payment in advance. If your date is extended, please pay the additional amount directly to the cast member after the extension ends.

If you are unable to make a bank transfer, you may pay the full amount directly to the cast member. In that case, a handling fee of 500 yen will apply, which she will pass on to the office. Please note that some cast members are unable to accept cash payments.

■24/7 Bank Transfer Availability

Since late August 2018, instant bank transfers have been available 24 hours a day. Coverage continues to expand, and major banks such as MUFG Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Resona Bank, and Japan Post Bank are already supported. This is a rental girlfriend service. It is not intended for finding a real-life girlfriend.

This is not a dating site, a matching app, or a service for finding LINE friends, email friends, or compensated relationships such as sugar dating. For safety reasons, dates in private or enclosed spaces are generally not permitted.

Our service is not an adult entertainment business and does not provide any sexual services. If any sexual advances, requests for compensated relationships, kissing, hugging, or similar behavior occur during the date, the date will be terminated immediately. No refund will be provided.

Dates are generally available from 6:00 AM until the last train. Posting or sharing details of the date, or writing about the cast member on social media, forums, or other public platforms, is strictly prohibited.

LINE and Email Usage Rules

Messages containing sexual content, dirty jokes, requests for personal contact information, offers of compensated dating, or similar inappropriate content may be blocked without notice.

Please note that cast members may not be able to reply every day, as they may have school, work, or other personal commitments.

Direct communication via LINE or email is provided only for coordinating date schedules. It is not intended for daily chatting or personal relationship building. Sending inappropriate content, including sexual remarks, questions about underwear or body size, requests for private meetings outside the service, or repeated demands for daily contact, may result in being blocked by the cast member and the office.

Please understand that sending even a single inappropriate message may result in your access being restricted.

In such cases, you may no longer be able to use our services.

All cast members are informed of bans, blocks, and reported inappropriate messages.

Information such as email and LINE content, as well as customer details, may be shared among cast members for safety management. Our service does not provide sexual services, and users seeking such services will be refused. If a LINE or email message is judged to be inappropriate, the sender may also be blocked. (This is not a dating site.)

Even after the service ends, if a violation is reported by the cast member and confirmed, no refund will be issued if payment has already been made. Further use of the service may be refused, and strict measures may be taken.

If prohibited conduct is confirmed, we may report the matter to the police, conduct an identity investigation, file a formal complaint, or take legal action. Any associated costs will be charged to the customer.

*Penalty Policy

If a cast member leaves the service, or is made to leave, in order to meet privately, damages of 3 million yen plus 10 times the standard fee for the applicable meeting time will be charged.
Meeting a cast member privately without going through our company will result in a penalty of 1 million yen. Attempted arrangements are treated the same way.
Exchanging contact information outside the methods approved by our company will result in a penalty of 500,000 yen.
Malicious cancellations will incur the full reservation amount as a penalty, with no refund provided.
Soliciting cast members for money, investments, or goods will result in a penalty of 3 million yen.
Failure to pay required fees may result in a penalty of 5 times the invoiced amount, plus all legal costs.

※ Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to Rent-Kano services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the location of our company’s head office.

■Privacy Policy

All officers and employees of the Rent-Kano Group (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) recognize the importance of customer information (hereinafter referred to as “personal information”). In accordance with this privacy policy, we are committed to handling personal information appropriately in order to provide safe and secure services.

1. For internet services and all other business operations conducted by our company, a manager is appointed in each division that handles personal information. Each manager is responsible for appropriately managing the personal information under their control.
2. When collecting personal information from customers, we will clearly specify the purpose of use, provide contact information in advance, and collect only the information necessary for that purpose.
3. We will properly manage personal information obtained from customers and work to prevent leakage, loss, or damage. Personal information will only be used within the scope of the stated purpose and will not be provided or disclosed to any third party without the customer’s consent, except as permitted within the company.
4. Any company that receives personal information with the customer’s consent, as described above, is contractually required to prevent leakage or re-disclosure and to manage such information appropriately.
5. We may send information by email, post, or telephone regarding our services or the products and services of our affiliates that may be of interest to the customer. Customers may opt out of or resume such communications using a method separately specified by the company.
6. If you wish to inquire about or correct your personal information, or if you have a complaint or consultation, please contact our customer support desk. We will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
7. We comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information and continuously review and improve our practices on an ongoing basis.
