First, arrange the schedule with your chosen companion via LINE or a Free Intro Email!

Send a message via LINE or email to any cast member you are interested in ― you are welcome to contact more than one.
Once your message is received, you will get a reply from a Gmail address.
If you are using a mobile phone, please make sure your email settings allow messages from Gmail and check your spam folder if you do not see our reply.
Contacting multiple cast members may increase your chances of receiving a response.
Response Time
Some cast members respond quickly, while others may take a little longer.
Tip: Our Top 30 Premium cast members usually reply faster and are highly recommended.
↓Schedule Adjustments
Many of our cast members are students or working professionals, so schedule adjustments may sometimes be necessary. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact our office. We will be happy to help.
↓Complete the Payment
Please complete your payment by the day before your date. (Credit card payment via PayPal)
If payment is not completed, the cast member will not be able to attend the date.
If online payment is not possible, cash payment on the day may be accepted. In that case, please contact our office in advance. Without prior notice, the cast member will not be able to attend.

Please complete your payment as soon as you receive the invoice email.
(Payment is made by credit card via PayPal.)
If payment is not completed, the cast member may feel uncertain and the date cannot be confirmed.
If online payment is not possible, cash payment on the day may be accepted. In that case, please contact our office in advance. Without prior notice, the cast member may not be able to attend the date.
On the Day of Your Date
Please agree on a clear landmark or meeting point in advance so you can find each other easily. For example: “I’ll be wearing a white T-shirt and carrying a black bag.” She will also let you know what she will be wearing that day.

Please note that extensions may be available. If you would like to extend your time, please discuss it directly with her during the date.
Please note: If you arrive late, the date will begin from the scheduled time (minimum charge: 30 minutes).

■How to Make a Reservation for Rent-Kano Tokyo
There are three ways to make a reservation:
◆ Online Reservation (Recommended)
Please fill out the reservation form on our website and submit your request. Once the cast member confirms the schedule, our office will send you a confirmation email.
◆ Same-Day Reservations
Same-day reservations are available by phone or through our website.
Our office hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Both first-time customers and returning customers are welcome.
Please note that reservations made only by email may take longer to confirm, so we recommend using the reservation form.
◆ Advance Reservations
Advance reservations can be made by phone or email.
For reservations made by email, the minimum booking time is 120 minutes.
Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
